Agreement to Terms

By using the fnote.net service you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not use the Service. These terms apply to the entire website (fnote.net).

Changes

The owner of the Service may modify the Terms of Service at any time, at own discretion and without any prior notification. It's important that you review the Terms whenever the owner of the Service modify them because if you continue to use the Services after the owner of the Service has posted modified Terms on the Site, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. Who May Use the fnote.net Service

The fnote.net Service are intended solely for persons who are 18 or older. Any access to or use of the fnote.net Service by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By accessing or using the fnote.net Service you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

Description of the Service

The fnote.net Service offers the User to access to the functionality of the online text editor. All currently existing options of the Service, as well as any development of them and/or adding new ones is the subject matter of these Terms. The fnote.net Service provides the User with the possibility to enter text into the web interface of the Service with the functionality of “auto save” text (“as a draft”) in the User's browser (if it is technologically possible and is supported by a browser). The Service is provided to the User for personal noncommercial use.

Content on the Service

Any text(s) that the User is enters into the web interface of the fnote.net Service is not stored on the server of the fnote.net. Auto save text (draft) is conducted using the User's browser and may be stored temporarily to browser's “Local Storage” (if it is technologically possible and is supported by a browser), which is installed in the User's device. Please note that the option auto save text (draft) is not designed as a service of backup of text, and any text can be deleted by the user's browser automatically, because text is stored temporarily in the user's browser. Also, if the User has cleared the browsing data (Local storage or Local data or Site data) or uses the configuration of the browser as “Private mode” or “Never remember history”, text can be deleted automatically, depending on browser settings.

Your access to and use of the fnote.net Service or any Content are at your own risk. You understand and agree that the fnote.net Service are provided to you on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Without limiting the foregoing, THE OWNER OF THE fnote.net SERVICE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

General Prohibitions

You agree not to do any of the following while using the fnote.net Service or content of the Service:

• Post, upload, publish, display, submit or transmit any text, words, graphics, images, software, music, audio, video, information or other material that: (i) infringes, misappropriates or violates a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy; (ii) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability; (iii) is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive; (iv) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive; (v) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (vi) is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any other person; or (vii) promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances.
• Use, display, mirror or frame the fnote.net Service, or any individual element within the fnote.net Service, name of the fnote.net, logo of the fnote.net or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page, without express written consent of the fnote.net Owner;
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the fnote.net Service, computer systems of the fnote.net, or the technical delivery systems of providers of the fnote.net Service;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system of the fnote.net Service or network or breach any security or authentication measures;
• Avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by the fnote.net Service or any of providers of the fnote.net or any other third party (including another user) to protect the fnote.net Service or content of the fnote.net;
• Attempt to access or search the fnote.net Service or download content of the fnote.net from the fnote.net through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism by any means (automated or otherwise) other than the software and/or search agents provided by the fnote.net Service or other generally available third party web browsers;
• Send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, email, junk mail, spam, chain letters or other form of solicitation;
• Use the fnote.net Service or content of the fnote.net for any commercial purpose or the benefit of any third party or in any manner not permitted by these Terms;

The owner of the fnote.net Service reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or disable access to any Content, including, any Content of the fnote.net, at its sole discretion, considers to be objectionable for any reason, in violation of these Terms of Service or otherwise harmful to the fnote.net Service.

Termination

If you breach any of these Terms of Service, the owner of the fnote.net Service will has the right to suspend or disable your Account or terminate these Terms of Service, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to you. The owner of the fnote.net Service reserves the right to revoke your access to and use of the fnote.net Service and Content at any time, with or without cause.

Privacy Policy

The fnote.net Service may automatically collect navigational information (“Log Data”) created by your use of the fnote.net Service. The fnote.net Service also uses this information to verify that visitors to the Service meet the criteria required to process their requests. “Google Analytics” have their own privacy policies accessible at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

“Local Storage” Policy

The fnote.net Service uses “Local Storage” technology in order to increase functionality and usability of the Service. “Local storage” is a location in temporary memory (as key-value data) on the User's device which is available to the User's browser. “Local Storage” may remain on the User's device even after the User has closed its browser, depending on browser settings. “Local Storage” are stored according to the browsers security settings which can be set by the User. The fnote.net Service uses “Local Storage” mainly to provide the User a functional auto save text (draft) on the User's device to continue to use the text (draft) later, even after the User has closed the browser (if it is technologically possible and is supported by a browser). Browsers which are set to “Never remember history” or “Private Mode” will use “Local Storage” until the browser is closed. In this case, the User will not be able to resume the previously entered text (draft) on the fnote.net Service after the browser is restarted, because “Local Storage” removed from the User's device.
